Hello everyone,

UTour is down once again. Who knows when it will be back up this time but I thought for those of us who still like to play the game, we can try a more proactive approach this time around.

On Monday morning, starting at around 9am EDT, I plan on calling 416-214-9888. This is the phone number for the offices of Bedlam Games. Bedlam Games is the former development arm of Groove Games/Groove Media Inc. Their CEO is Trevor Fencott, who used to be the President of Groove Games until they folded. Just ask to speak to him or leave him a voicemail and call back later.

I am hoping that if we voice our displeasure all at once, they will finally get the message.

Sounds good to me...maybe we should all have a common message to relate to him? what would be the best thing to tell him without pissing him off as well??

maybe ask him about the status of UTour and when it will be back up and if it is at all possible for the site to be better maintained in the future as well. I personally plan on asking about my check that is still being processed for the past 6 weeks too.

No doubt Andy I would like to know where my 3 cheques are at and why they are still pending its been a little more than 6 months for me as well. If they are gonna keep our money can any one say "lawsuit!" If the site has gone under all money players deserve the money back that was in their account. Guess we will have to wait and see what is gonna happen. In the meantime guess i will get out and play more golf practice a bit maybe i should just make me money there but there will be no -23 for me thats for sure.

I see that Bedlam Games is/was affiliated with Groove Games- which is responsible for the gaming platform Skillground and one of its games, UTour. It seems that no one is monitoring the game and it is a ghost ship. Does your company have any plans for UTour in the future? If not, do you have plans for selling the license to an interested party?

At the very least, if you do plan on maintaining it as an option to play, when will the latest login problem be addressed? Or payouts to those who have been waiting for months for their checks to process?

Your time is appreciated in this matter. I eagerly await your response.

so we wait and wait and wait......until it goes down again ....good luck......this is the most brutal part of this game.....l don't think john walsh is going to be to happy when he recieves all the messages, especially when he reads what l have on my mind and thoughts of what l think ....l feel badly for those who's monies have suddenly disappeared during it's transition from here to there....good luck....thank goodness l don't believe in playing for cash on this site to compound the situation........hopefully mr. walsh finally gets it right this time around....best of luck to all the loyal and virtual on line players who are dedicated golf fanatics of utour..............signed kamakazi19.....

i just spoke to john walsh... i dont think they were aware of the problem going from what he said.. he said he will tell whoever it concerns and it will be back up as soon as possible..

Glad to hear you finally got in touch with him. I've left a couple messages but no response. I plan to keep trying to at least find out what's going on with the money issues.
