People are afraid of what they do not understand....conspiracy theories, UFO's etc....my suggestion is to finish some relevant Master's Degree/PhD and then try to answer the big questions and make a movie ....rick....those people are just looking for fame/money. In my humble opinion 95% of conspiracy theories are made up....
Is HAARP a classified project?
HAARP is not classified. There are no classified documents pertaining to HAARP. The Environmental Impact Process (EIP) documents have always been, are now, and will always be completely descriptive of the program in its entirety. The EIP documents are a matter of public record.
....but one has to understand them first....

i agree they are all made up
our leaders constantly mention a "new world order" or "global governance" but they are just making it up ,,, they must be just trying to sound hard.... nevermind the X factor final is on this week you can watch that and all will be normal.... and you can believe in ufo's if you want but i'm not into lies like that
