League Official Info

Since it looks like we are going to have between to 30-40 players for the start of this season, I am going to need a few people to help set up the tournaments when I do. This is mainly because create-a-tournament in UTour only allows you to invite up to 9 other people. I have 2 officials already (neilkav, birdieviper) and am looking for one more.

All you would have to do is set up the tournament and send invites using the create-a-tournament tool to your assigned group of players on the start date of the tournament sometime between 4pm-7pm EST, 2 times per week. The players you need to invite will be posted in the 'Groups' category in the forum. Once the tournament is completed, PM the scores from your group to me. That's it! It shouldn't take too much time really... I'm just looking for someone that is very interested in this league and can be reliable about opening tournaments and reporting scores.

Post below if you are interested. If there is more than one person interested, people that post after the position is filled will be alternates in case one of the permenant officials has to miss a tournament.

I'll be glad to give it a shot. My main concern would be over the holidays; (Christmas & Thanksgiving as we already have plans to be out of town). If you have alternates set up or in the works around that time I'm your huckleberry...

I'll set up and run that group F list for you if its noot too late andwilk.

Do i report the scores to you? Do i get them from my games/transaction history ? Utour runs on EDT,+5 hours in uk,is this forum +4 ?

For this tournament, it will be easier if I just set up group F myself since it is getting close to setup time. This forum runs as EDT. I have setup times listed as 4pm-7pm EDT so that would be 8/9pm-11pm/12midnight for you I believe. I will add you on as the group F official for the next tournament which opens wednesday. Are you interested in being the permanent group F official?

Also- after the first week, group F may be dissolved into other groups depending if there are players that miss both of the opening tournaments. However, I will still need an extra official if more people join during the season or as an alternate official if an official has to miss a tournament for one reason or another.
