Names highlighted in bold print are the group 'official' and are responsible for setting up the tournament on the start date between 4-7pm EST and reporting the scores after the completion of the tournament for those listed in their group. Don't worry, these people have been talked to behorehand, and aren't just randomly assigned for each tournament (in case you were worried about being picked).

Note: Once in a while, you may see me post a score in another group due to the fact that I am setting up a tournament for an absent official. However, only the scores that I post in Group A play will count for me. It is necessary to play in the other group so I can see everyone's score and record it.

Hi, when i go to invites at u-tour there's only 1 tournament 101-2 hole's 10 -18 ,i thought they were supposed to be played together.

You are right- they are supposed to be played together. Your name might have been typed in wrong when the invites were sent out for that tournament. I will send you a special invite for the other nine holes when I can- in about 11 hours from now (around 6pm EST). Will you be able to complete this round by Wednesday @ 6pm EST?

sorry if i messed up. i may have inadvertently used lower case for bzerka and gjc also. i just realized that their names are using uppercase in some instances. i will definately be more careful next time. again, sorry for any inconvenience.

Great time playing these tourneys so far so kudos to you for setting this up!! I wasnt sure where to post this so I chose here. Just a quick heads up that I will not be able to compete in the double take challenge. My official for my group is Harryson1 so if you want to give him the heads up I would appreciate it.

If there is somewhere I should post these let me know. Thx Dball

when it goes into the outbox it is considered sent. The only difference between 'outbox' and 'sentbox' is that once I have opened and seen the message it moves to the sentbox.
